We are manufacturer + trading, we have one quartz stone factory, one integrated fabrication factory and we have strong supports from many leading factories locally.

2. What are the payment terms? 
Our regular payment terms are 30~50% advance payment and balance against BL copy. We also accept other major payment method.

3.Can I just order small quantity for my home use?
Yes, now in E-commerce new Era we are embracing the new challenge of orders getting smaller and more customization. We welcome small order quantity even for your home use, please feel free to contact us, we have the capability of giving you one-stop service of providing major stone products.

6. How long will be the lead time? In how much time can I expect the containers to arrive?
a). If stocks available for products you need, after receipt of advance payment we’ll arrange shipment right away.
b). If your order need production usually it takes 5~30 days for production after receipt of advance payment for most orders. 
c). Start from loading date, it takes around 3~10 days clear customs and wait for vessel dispatching.
d). Marine time varies, usually 14 days to 28 days.we can track the status of the containers for you and give notice prior to shipment arrival.

7. I have no idea of how the products I order will look like before I pay out, How can I make sure it's exactly what I want?
We have strong CAD drawing team backup, tell us your concern, we can give you a visualized effect picture thus you have idea of what you'll get.

8. I am not familiar with the international trading procedure not even the import procedure, can you cover all these procedures for us?
